1. Provider

TalkNest is operated by Petr Maléř, sole trader (IČO 11983060), based in Ostrava, Czech Republic. Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

TalkNest provides a live chat widget and operator console that you embed on your website to communicate with your visitors in real time. We offer a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Business).

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use TalkNest to send spam, unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via PayPal. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then reverts to Free. Prices are shown in EUR and may exclude applicable taxes.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and update features over time.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
